Quotes of the week

Hear from some of the most impactful users to drive changes

I use the Zoom app and I’ve tried to open 5 tickets for help but they always immediately get closed out with no help! My issue is my iPhone is 256GB and full, causing Zoom to have constant sound issues where everyone can hear me but I cannot hear them for 10-20 seconds. This happens constantly throughout the entire meeting every 3-10 minutes, and it’s ridiculous. My phone's storage should have nothing to do with how well the Zoom app works for quality issues! Zoom needs to fix this issue!

Zoom works fine and as promised on all Apple devices, except for the Vision Pro. On the Vision Pro, no camera is detected so no image is displayed during a meeting. Clearly, I’m in a small minority of those purchasing a Vision Pro, but Zoom should work as it does on other Apple devices.

Bluetooth bug makes it impossible to connect Bluetooth earphones, earbuds, or headphones. I've uninstalled and installed the app multiple times, granted all the permissions, but still nothing changes. Phone version doesn't have this problem, only tablet's.
