Quotes of the week

Hear from some of the most impactful users to drive changes

The cameras shut down and refuse to stream video for longer than 15 seconds at a time, the app crashes almost every time I use it for more than 3 minutes, and when our alarm went off for 3 days straight, they never called to make sure it was us. Completely useless company.

I bought this camera after a couple weeks of research on WiFi cameras in your home for free, was happy in the beginning but after 6 months of use let me tell you. Let me start with I can never get the app to load the first 2-3 times. It takes closing and reopening the app 2-3 times EVERY SINGLE TIME to get the camera to load and even then sometimes I still have to walk in the room to reset it because the online turn off and on feature won’t help.

I can’t access my door lock when I’m not at home. I need to reliably make sure my kids remembered to lock the door - the Wyze keypad is useless on this app.
