The team promptly let us know about the missing clothing and even went to the extent of returning them outside of Dubai through courier. A splendid example of customer service which is rare to see and prompt communication through every step.

Washmen is absolutely great from the service to the laundry itself. They do a spectacular job for a very affordable and up-front price, all while picking up and dropping off laundry to your home! I highly recommend it. Never had a bad experience with them and I know their support is there to help if needed.
