Bought a parking pass that was never delivered when I went to customer service I was lied to constantly first it was I used two emails but I didn’t because my tickets got to the email and the tracking did. I then received an email from a Michael mauer so be careful in the Atlanta area vivid seats protects scammers in the atl area. As others have stated the BUYER GUARANTEE IS REALLY NOT THAT, VIVID SEATS PICKS AND CHOOSES WHO IT APPLIES TO AND ITS NOT THE BUYER.

I bought tickets to a show and got the email that the tickets were only available through the app. Logging into the website was fine, but logging into the app was impossible for two weeks. It kept giving me the same error: “something went wrong try again later.” as you can imagine this is infuriating when I called customer service they were able to get me my tickets via PDF, but they literally said don’t worry about the app as though the app is not important at all. It doesn’t speak highly of the app that even customer service tells you not to use it. In terms of searching for events maybe the app is fine but in terms of actually accessing tickets or your account the app is not worth it. It’s just taking up space on the phone memory. Do not recommend
