Quotes of the week

Hear from some of the most impactful users to drive changes

I used to rely on this app daily and was happy to upgrade to the paid version to support it. But now, the most important feature—the ability to see buses on the live map—is missing. This was working perfectly before I subscribed, and it’s frustrating to lose access after paying. It feels like a downgrade, not an upgrade.

The app is very easy to use with all the features like loading, tracking real-time bus arrival, and even letting you know if a bus is crowded. Thank you, Metro!

This app used to be great. I had rated it five stars originally. Now that the MTA has changed the bus routes and route numbers, this app has failed to update its new bus routes. It is useless if you need to use an MTA bus, there isn't any.
