I downloaded this app 4 years ago, and since then nothing … I tried to contact them to see if there was an issue with my stride no service… no attendance, no customer service for the barbers just AI answering your request with the word 'unfortunately'. I have tried other apps like Booksy and Vagaro and they have produced way more clients than whatever the cut has in these last 5 yrs. Not ever doing business with the cut again until they improve their customer service towards their barbers.

This app gets hacked every month. I’m not sure where they store login credentials, but it’s not secure. I get emails almost every month saying I signed in on a new device, followed by emails telling me to reset my password. I appreciate the login notifications, but it’s frustrating that it’s so easy for someone to get your password.
