Quotes of the week

Hear from some of the most impactful users to drive changes

The app is incredibly difficult to navigate and seems to only show profiles it likes no matter the distance the shop is from my home. I know many stylists within a mile and it only shows like 2 profiles and they start at 1.7 miles away, then jumps to 4 miles away... there is literally places across the street. Tried to find my mother a good stylist in a new area and this app was no help at all. Worthless.

I have been with StyleSeat for years and I’m finally making the decision to cancel my account. The fees are just so ridiculous paying $35 a month and then $20-$50 per new Client. I have had to raise my rates just to be able to make a profit per client because of all of the fees and it’s just not fair to me or my clients so for that I am canceling my subscription with them.

I would NEVER recommend StyleSeat to anyone who is interested in making a business website. They are very money hungry and are terrible with communication skills. After deleting/cancelling my account, the company still allowed people to book and PAY DEPOSITS that were DOUBLE my deposit fee. While only giving me half, it is unfair and unethical. They make clients pay at least 10-20% more so they earn a percentage. The actual site is very unclear when it comes to directions about how the site is ran. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STYLE SEAT.
