Quotes of the week

Hear from some of the most impactful users to drive changes

The app mostly works fine while both the speaker(s) and iPhone app are connected to WiFi but the app is pretty much useless without WiFi. For portable speakers this is important if you want to make changes to some settings and more importantly, to check the battery status.

Sonos, please fix the reliability of your software ASAP. The sole justification for paying a premium for your speakers is the promised connectivity and ease of use. Instead, users are stuck with a system that is unreliable, can’t hold a connection, automatically skips songs mid way through, and generally has a poor listening experience.
