I used this app for the first time recently. Turns out the location that the app allowed me to book at DOES NOT HAVE A VALID CONTRACT with ParkWhiz and my car was towed. I am now out almost $300 between the towing fee and the parking fee that they would not reimburse. Despite calling ParkWhiz multiple times they now claim I did not have a valid reservation to begin with and would not fix the error on this location. This app is fraudulent. Do not waste your money.

I have been using this app for years probably 15 to 20 Parking reservations per year. In the past, they were very responsive when I had a problem. But now you can’t reach them if you have an issue and they will not support you when their posting has false information. I really would not trust this app anymore.
