Quotes of the week

Hear from some of the most impactful users to drive changes

The overwhelming number of ads make this app practically unusable. It’s almost as if they create an experience that is so overrun with intrusive ads that you feel like you must upgrade and pay for the premium version. Also, it always seems like the ads pop up during the most inconvenient times like when you’re in a hurry trying to navigate directions.

From my location in 90802 LB Transit I enter my destination as Willow St. & Magnolia Ave. All the choices given are not the closest line to take. The #151 has a stop directly across the street from me. It goes Downtown and turns into the #181 which goes North on Magnolia and has a stop at Willow St. & Magnolia Ave yet your trip planner which you want me to pay for to stop the ads DOESN’T EVEN OFFER THE #151 as a choice, why is that?

I walked 25 minutes in 95 degree weather because I work 30 minutes away from home and don’t can’t afford a car I was looking for a bus around me the app sent me across the street from the bus stop and the bus never came to the stop that I was at so I was sitting there for an hour and had to come to out my pocket $50 for an Uber home the inaccuracy of this app will be the downfall I hate this app so much this is the most stressful I’ve been in a while
