When my apartment complex first switched to this app from Active Building it worked okay. However, now for 3 days I've been unable to log into the app. It keeps acting as if it's going to log me in, fails to load the page, and then sends me back to the log in page and it all repeats again. The only way I was able to pay my rent online was by going to my complex's website and clicking on the resident portal and thankfully was able to get logged in there and pay my rent. Very frustrating!
