Major Highlights of the Week

App Freezing
Users experience frequent app freezing, especially during critical tasks like creating or editing invitations, leading to repeated attempts and frustration. This issue significantly disrupts the user journey and diminishes the app's reliability.
I have created my grandmother's party invite 4 TIMES! I even upgraded to the premium. And I cannot save it. It keeps freezing at the very end!!
Unexpected Charges
Users report being charged without receiving the promised services, such as sending invitations, and face difficulties in reaching customer support for resolution. This undermines trust and suggests a need for improved billing transparency and customer service responsiveness.
App charged me and would not send my invitations. I kept getting an error message. I reached out to their customer support and no one would reply.
Compatibility Issues
The app is no longer compatible with certain devices or operating systems, preventing users from accessing their accounts or using the app effectively. This limits the app's accessibility and could lead to user attrition.
Will not work with iOS 18.3. Can’t log in. Keep saying something went wrong. Have to resort to the web page instead.
Mandatory Sign-In
Users are frustrated by the requirement to sign in to use basic features, which they perceive as unnecessary and intrusive. This could deter potential users who are concerned about privacy and data security.
Looks generally good but you can’t make any invitations without signing in and personally I’m sick and tired of giving out my personal information.
Feature Removal
The removal of popular features, such as 'Add to Calendar' and 'What to Bring' lists, has disappointed long-time users who relied on these functionalities. This suggests a disconnect between product updates and user needs.
Love the app until recently when they REMOVED the ability to ‘Add to Calendar’ from the app! Please bring this functionality back.
Data Privacy Concerns
Users are concerned about data privacy, particularly regarding the sale of personal data, which requires manual opt-out. This raises significant privacy issues and could impact user retention.
You have to go into settings and actively choose to not have your personal data sold. That should be the default, it's egregious that you have to manually tell the app not to sell your data.

Hear from some of the most impactful users to drive changes

The app crashes when trying to make an invitation. I had to remake my invitation over 7 times and it still isn’t working. WASTE OF TIME!!!!

I’ve been using this app for four years and although I love the layouts and the format… It is constantly glitching. I’ve had people not receive my invitation… Buttons randomly going missing and even now as I'm trying to create a new invitation, I'm met with a blank screen no matter how many times I try to re-download the app.
