Quotes of the week

Hear from some of the most impactful users to drive changes

I ordered food and waited for 2 hours already, they resent the drivers like 5 times. And they only gave me 5 dollar reward. Ridiculous. I am switching to Uber Eats. Very very disappointed.

I contacted DoorDash help to resolve an issue of my order. They cannot issue a refund but agreed to refund with DoorDash credit. But it never came after more than a week. I contacted them again but they just reply with standard answers saying nothing they can do. I tried to ask the credit, but they didn’t answer that and abruptly end the conversation while I am still typing, I was shocked…the first conversation with them also ended abruptly while I was also typing. Seems as long as they think there’s no need to explain more the DoorDash help can end the help case as they want. This is very different from other companies online help services.
Norrivw
I ordered two McFlurrys but they did not come. Dasher said they didn’t have them and DoorDash won’t give me a refund. Has happened multiple times.
