This app claims to be cheaper than Uber, but they end up charging you way more at the end of the ride and then when you try to contact them for support, you get an automated system that doesn’t want to fix the problem. So they steal your money basically. They quote you a smaller amount in the beginning and then at the end of the ride, price is 4 times as much. I’ve tried reaching an actual customer service agent with no success. It’s actually terrible how they don’t address real concerns, I was over charged because of dozens of road closures in the city I’m traveling in (I can’t know this if I don’t even live here) and was charged 5x the price I was originally quoted even though there was nothing I could do about the situation. Abhorrent lack of customer service and customer care.

I received an unfounded cleaning fee, and now I can't use the app because I'm not paying imaginary fees. It is impossible to reach in contact with the support to even attempt to resolve the issue. Driver that claimed I need to pay it is a liar and needs to be banned.
