I booked a trip with this third party. The airline canceled the flight and when I reached out to them they refused to give me a refund and had me pay a cancellation fee to only get partial credit than what I paid for. They said it was the airline that was charging me to cancel. I called the airline and they said they were not charging me and that I should be getting a refund from the third party. Customer service refuses to help and they refuse to send me the logs of the conversations that I had with one of the agents. After hours of dealing with them and being threaten to be sent to collections and have my credit affected for not paying the cancellation fee I formally sent them an email saying that I disagreed with this and that they’re forcing me to pay by threaten me. I will be taking legal action against this company and will have to wait to resolve this issue. Will never recommend anyone to book with this agency

I can't believe I bought a ticket through CheaponAir and they canceled my ticket just because I paid with my son's credit card. They claimed they canceled it because they think it's fraud. I'm very offended.

I used to rate this much higher, but 2 recent experiences: 1.) I missed a flight in March due to two unforeseen personal issues (my house burned down on March 12, and I had three trips to the Emergency Room -- one by ambulance -- on March 14 and 16); I purchased flight insurance, but have not received credit nor a refund for that canceled flight. 2.) a missed flight 7/3/25, due to losing my driver's license, unable to board, then discovering my return flight automatically cancelled. Never again!
