3

Verification and Login Glitches

Many users experience issues with verification codes and login processes, preventing them from accessing the app. This affects around 12% of users, leading to a poor initial experience and app abandonment.

I can't get past the verification code stage to create an account.

4

Quotes of the week

Hear from some of the most impactful users to drive changes

I used Bumble BFF respectfully and genuinely, yet my account was suddenly blocked with no clear reason or chance to appeal. I contacted support, and their response was a vague copy-paste about 'guideline violations' with no explanation and no link or way to resolve the issue. Very disappointing and frustrating, especially for an app that claims to support safe and friendly connections.

You’re locked to searching for friends of the same gender only. As a gay man, I’ve always gotten along better with women, but with this segregated app my only option is the hundreds of other gay men who would probably also hang out with women. At the very least we should be able to select options based on gender and sexuality of who we want to have the option of matching with.

This app does what it’s supposed to do but honestly, I think there are just so few people using it in New Mexico. It’s kind of a waste of time after about a month. I’ve had maybe 10 people to potentially share a connection with. Told the app to do it within a certain distance and it’s still consistently adds people that are way outside of those perimeter. I believe because there’s just not enough people on the system here.
