TOP INSIGHTS

A weekly roundup of Arch - AI Home Design's key feedback

1

Unrealistic Renderings

Many users report that the app generates unrealistic and distorted images that do not accurately reflect the uploaded photos. Approximately 30% of users seem to be affected by this issue, leading to dissatisfaction with the app's core functionality.

The app doesn't use your room when you upload a photo, it just shows a completely new room.

2

Subscription and Cancellation Issues

Users frequently express frustration with the app's subscription model, particularly the difficulty in canceling subscriptions and unexpected charges. This issue affects about 25% of users, who feel trapped in a subscription they cannot easily exit.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for over a week and NO ONE is responding.

3

Limited Free Access

The app is criticized for its limited free trial options, with many users unable to test the app's features without committing to a subscription. This affects around 20% of users who are hesitant to pay without a proper trial.

You can't even try the result without buying it.

4

Daily Usage Limits

Even users who pay for the app report hitting daily usage limits, which is unexpected for a paid service. This issue affects approximately 15% of users, who feel misled by the promise of unlimited access.

I subscribed for unlimited use, but I'm still receiving messages stating I've reached my daily limits.

Subscription Issues

I tried to cancel my subscription multiple times, but they kept charging me without any response.

Quotes of the week

Hear from some of the most impactful users to drive changes

I was really hoping this would work well for my needs, but you can’t direct the designer to do what you’d like. For example, you can’t say I’d like to place the bed on that certain wall. It’s gonna put the bed on the wall it wants to… And you can’t move it. Once it does create an image for you, you can’t zoom in on it, which is a shame.

This app basically generates a version of your room in a specific style. I guess it’s cool for inspiration, but it will not let you change the furniture or make any kind of edits of where things are. It only allows you to select items and then you have to talk to an AI to make suggestions of how to replace it and it doesn’t listen to you at all and replace it with weird items that don’t make any sense and don’t follow your prompt. Total waste of money.

I subscribed to this App and BE VERY CAREFUL. It appears to be a SCAM. I should NEVER have subscribed. Worthless.
