Major Highlights of the Week

Spotify Exclusion
Users are frustrated with the lack of Spotify integration, which limits their ability to use their existing music subscriptions. This exclusion forces users to consider additional subscriptions, impacting the app's accessibility and user satisfaction.
I can't use this app with songs from Spotify which is the only music app that I am subscribed to.
Subscription Model Frustration
The transition to a subscription model has alienated users who prefer a one-time purchase, leading to dissatisfaction and comparisons with competitors. This shift is perceived as a cash grab, diminishing the app's value proposition.
Great software but I refuse to have to pay a monthly fee to use it. They need to sell it outright like serato does.
Android Feature Disparity
Android users experience a lack of feature parity with iOS, particularly missing advanced functionalities like Neural Mix and 4-deck mode. This inconsistency undermines the app's cross-platform appeal and frustrates Android users.
Am using Djay pro on my android and the features are limited unlike for the iOS version where there are 4 deck features and sorts.
UI Complexity
The user interface is criticized for being overly complex and not intuitive, especially for professional DJs who find the layout cumbersome. This complexity detracts from the app's usability and appeal to experienced users.
While Djay is pretty cool and has lots of integrations, the UI is actually terrible, but performative.
Recording Limitations
The inability to record mixes, especially with streamed songs, is a significant limitation for users who want to capture their sessions. This restriction is seen as a major drawback, reducing the app's functionality for DJs.
The application is very well but I complain about it does not support recordings during playing songs.
Trial Payment Issues
Users report unexpected charges during the free trial period, leading to distrust and dissatisfaction with the app's billing practices. This issue highlights a need for clearer communication and transparency in the trial process.
I got a free week trial and it immediately took money out of my account.

Great software but I refuse to have to pay a monthly fee to use it. They need to sell it outright like serato does. Buy once and all future updates and versions are included.

I’ve got this app Pro version a couple of weeks ago and have enjoyed it so far, it has very good connectivity with Apple Music, which makes it easier to find my playlists. The only downside is that the headphones don’t hold their volume when using the Cue, which means that I can’t hear the next song and that ruins a bit the experience overall.
